Fincantieri S.p.A. contracted to Nasdis the full co-ordination and manufacturing design of Silver Muse, a passenger ship to be built for Silversea. The vessel is a 213 m long, twin-screw, ocean-going world-wide luxury cruise passenger. Aveva Marine is the chosen detail design and production info software to be used.
Davie Canada Yard Inc. contracted to Nasdis a complete Aveva Marine 3D model and production information package for two LNG Ferries. These ferries, owned and operated by STQ, will not only possess the usual ice-class strength required to navigate the harsh winter conditions but will also use the latest LNG plants to provide an environmentally friendly solution.
Nasdis is involved with ERSAI Kazakhstan in delivering a Transportation & Installation Barge for the Filanovski Field. The work consists of upgrading an existing offshore barge with additional structures, pipe systems and equipment.
STX France initiated a new cooperation – a Hull Detail Design study for a 2700 Cabin Cruise Vessel. The project code name is A34 and the hull design software system is Tribon.
NASDIS qualified as an Engineering Subcontractor for SBM Offshore Monaco, being able to provide naval and structural hull calculations/analysis and design.
3D FE modelling and also hull and structural design for OSX2 FPSO and FRAM FPSO are currently performed using Aveva Marine, Aveva Plant-PDMS and ABS Eagle FPSO.
Plantspace is the latest software platform implemented in our office for the 3D coordination and design of certain technical areas in H33 Passenger – STX France.
Nasdis was contracted to provide design and engineering services to Nobiskrug Germany throughout the complete design flow (Basic Design, Class Design, Detailed Design) of the sailing yacht White Pearl (currently known as A).
At the time it is the world’s largest sailing yacht with a length of 143 meters and a beam of 25 meters. The vessel has some remarkable features having three masts of up to 100 meters above the water level and a total sail area of more than 3,700 sqm.
The detail design is developed in Aveva Marine. FEMAP is used for various FEM studies and analyses.
NASDIS qualified to Saipem S.p.A. Milano as Vendor for the entire range of commodities connected to basic design and engineering for floating structures (FPSO/FSO, Jack-up and Semi-submersible rigs). Two VLCC ISE (Initial Scantling Evaluation) studies were performed, one for the Campos field in Brazil and the other for the Block 15 field in Angola.
Topaz Engineering Adyard Abu Dhabi contracted NASDIS to provide the Basic, Class Design and Production Enginnering for a 67m, 80 T AHTS.
NASDIS signed a framework agreement with GVAC Sweden – KBR to provide basic design and engineering services for floating structures (FPSO and Semi-submersible rigs). The current project is for Basic Design – 3D Modeling for 8 FPSO for Engevix Brazil.
